Dis ook lekker dat die program die hoeveelheid boeke wat leerders uitneem, beheer en 'n lys gee van uitstaande boeke. Ek sal beslis die program sterk aanbeveel vir ander skole!

Our school has used ProLib for more than 15 years and we have found it to be very user-friendly and easy to navigate. Barbara, who is an experienced librarian herself, gave us lots of practical advice when she visited our library, and, most importantly, Jackie has always been available to quickly sort out any queries or problems we may have had when contacted by phone or email. The ProLib management system gives me all the functionality I need to efficiently run a very busy primary school library. I find the system easy to use, intuitive and more than sufficient to manage all my day-to-day and year-end requirements. And Jackie and Barbara are always on hand to sort out any issues (although these are very rare).

Bastion Primary has been using both ProLib and ProText for many years now and we are very pleased with the products (especially with a large school of almost 2000 learners). ProText is a reliable program for keeping control of learner-issued textbooks. It is easy to navigate and automatically requests a back-up every 7 days to prevent any loss of data.

Through using ProText, we had access to detailed records of book issues and returns, as well as an extensive statistical report.

We have been using the ProText software for many years. We have a few hundred textbooks that are issued every year and this program works so well. Textbooks are expensive and as a result we cannot afford to have a system that mismanages those books. ProText is a very reliable system and we cannot do without it.

A big thanks to the ProGen team who made my life so much easier when it came to the Text Book management system and who walked the extra mile to customize the program to fit each of my school's requirements. Issuing and returning books by learners was made so much easier using the ProText program. Record keeping and reporting in terms of termly audits to the Education Department is no longer a time-consuming exercise as it is accommodated for in the program.

I am happy that the school decided to purchase ProText as it just makes our lives so much easier.

Die ProLib program is soos een groot ontploffing van gebruike en inligting rakende die leerlinge, boeke, navorsings bronne, statistieke van aksies en nog baie meer. Die verbruikersvriendelike program is baie goed geskryf en jy kan vinnig alles wat jy wil weet, bekom deur net die handleiding te raadpleeg. Die goeie opleiding maak dat aksies vinnig en gou kan geskied. Vanaf 1996 plaas die program my in volle beheer van die daaglikse gebruike van die biblioteek. Goeie vinnige diens en gereelde opgradering van die program bewys dit was beslis die regte keuse!!

Our library is very fortunate to have a very large number of books as well as an excellent variety. Hopefully something to interest all learners and get them reading.
The next best thing about our library is ProLib. I cannot imagine running the library without it. Thanks guys for making my life so much easier.

ProLib is a perfect system for a small library. It is simple and easy to use, even for “technologically challenged” people.

Our school moved from a manual system to ProText a few years ago. The transition was effortless and we have been receiving a lot of praise from the WCED regarding the system and how up to date everything is. When the WCED request a report, it is there with just the click of a button. It has saved our school a lot of time and money, as we can now keep clear track of all the textbooks in the school.
